Our teachers are fully qualified, sharing a variety of education and a wealth of experience working with preschool age children. All our teachers have current CPR training.

Joanna
Joanna graduated from Camosun College’s Early Childhood Care and Education Program in 2007. As Oakcrest Preschool’s Facility Manager, she has implemented a daily balance of active/quiet, indoor/outdoor, free/structured, and individual/group activities that encouraged physical, social, intellectual, emotional and sensory development at the appropriate level for each child.
Joanna has an outstanding ability to communicate with children and to gain their trust while encouraging and assisting them to practice self-help skills. Joanna continually encourages parent involvement in the on going activities of the centre.
